Then the customer signs on the screen. A timestamped record from arrival makes a later claim very hard to sustain, which protects them as much as us.
No photographs are stored anywhere in this system. The frame that would have been taken is recorded and drawn as a marked placeholder, because a convincing fake photograph of a real looking car is exactly the artefact that should not exist in a demonstration. A real build puts the images in object storage behind signed links.
